Member 2022

The Fitness to Practise Committee (“Committee”) of the Paramedic Association of New
Brunswick, by a decision dated August 16, 2022, found that a Member engaged in a physical
altercation with a few members of the public and uttered death threats to one member of the
public. The Committee found that the Member’s conduct constitutes conduct unbecoming of a
paramedic.

The Committee ordered that the member:

1. 1. provide an assessment report from a licensed professional setting out the Member’s
      current health status and confirming that the Member is fit to practise as a
      paramedic; and
   2. pay costs in the amount of $3,500.
