Second Call for Nominations

DEADLINE: September 3, 2019 @ 15:00 Atlantic Time
1. Terms of Office: All positions are for two consecutive years beginning as the last item of business during the 2019 AGM to be held in Moncton on October 19, 2019.
2. Nomination Process:
a. Only Active members in good standing are eligible to hold office. To be eligible to be nominated for any Executive position, persons must have previously served on the PANB Board of Directors and have demonstrated commitment to the mission and goals of PANB.
b. The Third and final Call for Nominations will follow in 14 days.
c. Candidates must be nominated and seconded, in writing, by Active Members in good standing. Each nominee must also provide a letter affirming their intention to let their name stand for election.
d. If desired, Candidates may provide a written brief outlining their experience and goals for the position, which will be provided to the members present prior to the election.
e. Only completed nominations received by the Executive Director at the address of the Head Office, prior to the deadline will be accepted.
