Re-Registration Updates
Now that we have had the new registration system live for a few weeks we are seeing a couple of common issues.
Password Changes
You need to go to the SNB website to change the password that we assigned you. Password Change.
The password must be 8 characters at a minimum. It must include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (eg.$, *).
Once you have changed your password and have completed the security questions, save it. You are now ready to complete the online registration.
Re-Registration Site
To access re-registration you must go to this site Re-registration site
Enter the Username that we issued. It will always be in capital letters with a _ between your first and last name. the _ is the key between the 0 and the = sign on your keyboard, and it is obtained by pressing the shift key.
The password is the one that you created from the previous site.
Please do not use any web browser other than Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. Firefox and other browsers will not work correctly.
